By creating an account or using PDFICA, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
PDFICA provides tools to design reusable PDF templates, generate documents via the dashboard or API, manage API keys, and track generation history within your workspace.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and API keys confidential. You must provide accurate registration information and notify us of unauthorized access to your account.
You may not use PDFICA to generate unlawful content, abuse the API, attempt to disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer systems beyond what is allowed by applicable law. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Paid plans (Pro, Business) and free quotas are described on the pricing page and in your Billing settings. Fees are billed according to the plan you select. Unused monthly quotas do not roll over unless stated otherwise.
You retain ownership of templates, variables, and documents you create. You grant PDFICA a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service (rendering, storage, and delivery of PDFs).
