At PDFICA, we take the protection of your personal data seriously. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform.
We collect data you provide when creating your account: name, email address, and login credentials. When you use the platform, we automatically collect usage data such as pages visited, templates created, PDFs generated, and API calls. Payment information is processed by our secure payment providers and is never stored on our servers.
Your data is used to provide and improve our PDF generation and management services, personalize your experience, send service-related communications (invoices, security alerts, updates), and keep the platform secure. We never use your data for third-party advertising.
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures: TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, strict access controls, and regular security audits. Sensitive data such as API keys is hashed with SHA-256 and stored securely.
PDFICA keeps an audit log of important actions: template create/update/delete, PDF generation, API key management, and settings changes. Logs include user id, action, and timestamp. They are retained as required by law and may be used to investigate security incidents.
